Club Wyndham Midtown 45 Hotel - New York

It was surely a very nice stay for the holidays. We were in a marvellous and absolutely perfect location at a short distance from Ralph j Bunche Park. You could walk to a market and shops. The excellent staff members provided a few recommendations.

The queen room we stayed in was a nice size with a full kitchen...

The hotel was a very nice hotel. It was modern and contemporary. The staff was friendly and courteous, and our room was very clean. We would stay there again! The room price was also reasonable for New York City.

The light fixture over the sink in the bathroom was a little awkward. It was hard to see what you were doing when blowing your hair dry because the light fixtures were so close together you had to lean real close to the mirror to see.

Hotel was modern, clean and staff were friendly. Location was ok, not in the busy area .... but we had no problem walking .... Rooms/apts were spacious which was very nice!!

Prices were high, so wifi/internet should have been included!! It was difficult to get a taxi when we needed it .....

Great location near the United Nation Complex ,walking to Grand Central 5 th Avenue ,Broadway , Lexington and Madison Avenue, the Rock , and the Empire State Building .

For two couples or big family, the suite rate is worthy. Two rooms with a shared living room.

Bed is a little small for two and mattress was not comfortable. The internet charge is too expensive and unkind . From the hotel web page, Booked.net page and in room guide, nowhere mentioned wifi is charged by device number/day. We default considered it would be charged by room/day. This time experiences do not work and we payed for several devices which was a lot of money in total. For future guests, please pay attention to this issue.

Possibly the best and real good stay for early meetings. Nice and unbeatable location of the hotel, close to the central station. Again, walking distance to an official residence. Tastefully decorated room with kitchenettes and very friendly staff.

Everything, except one thing.

The location of my room -- lower floor not facing out, as requested on each of my last two visits (509). After the previous visit I was told that I did not book early and so I did not get my request. This last time I booked early and it made no difference -- I still did not have the request honored.

We had a lovely stay with our family, enjoying clean new towels and delicious coffee capsules delivered at our request. The fitness room was a nice touch, and we also loved relaxing on the sun terrace after a busy day in the city. One hiccup was the lack of daily housekeeping, but it was no big deal for us. Highly recommend checking this place out! 😊

Fantastic Hotel. Great location, very accomodating staff, comfortable room with a very well equipped kitchen. I would definitely return and can recommend this hotel 100%!

The bathroom was a little small, which was not the issue, but as a result of the lack of space, the effort to close and open the bath plug was monumental. Any elderly person waould have a problem getting in and out of the bathtub, either to shower or to bath.

The kitchen facilities : impossible to make a coffee in the room, no spoon .... Check-out : impossible to have a signed bill.

The rooftop terrace was amazing for our family. We enjoyed the fine views and had a blast making memories together. The location near Grand Central made it super easy to explore the city with our kiddo in tow.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities available onsite.

The hotel was very comfortable, clean and modern, the staff were really helpful. I would have no hesitation about recomending it.
